Our contact phone number is (206) 841-7610. This line is answered daily between the hours of 9:00AM and 8:00PM. If you happen to reach our voicemail, please leave us a detailed message and we will return your call as quickly as possible. We check for messages frequently.  We check and answer our email at least once daily and can be contacted via email at info@furdelis.com.

Our services are available daily from 9:00AM to 8:00PM. Outside of these hours, we will always try to accommodate the specific needs and schedules of our clients.

Currently Fur-de-Lis Pet Care serves our four-legged friends in the Seattle neighborhoods of Ballard, Magnolia, Greenlake, Eastlake and North Capitol Hill. We also provide service north of Seattle, including Edmonds and Mukilteo.

Initial Consultation

For all new and potential clients, we require a ‘Meet & Greet’ to take place prior to scheduling service with Fur-de-Lis Pet Care. This meeting helps us gather information about each of your animal’s daily routines and special needs. We will also provide you with client paperwork which we require returned to us completed and signed prior to our first scheduled service. There is no fee for this consultation.

Please note that client paperwork must be returned to us completed and signed prior to our first scheduled service -- otherwise, for liability reasons, we will be unable to care for your pet(s). Once completed all client paperwork is kept on file for future services. We ask that established clients, prior to a scheduled visit, please let us know of any pertinent changes to your contact information or home access so that your file can be updated. It is also very important for us to know of changes affecting your pet (diet, medical needs, health) that have occurred between services.  

Keys

We pick up house keys during our initial client consultation. Clients can opt to have us keep their keys for use during a future service or have them returned. Clients electing to have their keys returned must contact us to make these arrangements. There is a $12 charge for key pickup and key return. For emergency and security reasons, we do not leave keys inside your home during our last visit. Keys will only be released to clients.

  • We accept the following payment methods: Personal Checks and Cash.
  • Please make checks payable to Fur-de-Lis Pet Care.

    Payment Policy                                                                                           -top-
    For pet-sitting clients, payment is required at time of service. For new dog walking clients, the first month is due in advance with subsequent months billed the end of each month. Payment is due within ten (10) days of invoice date. A late fee of $10 or 10%, whichever is greater, is assessed to overdue invoices. Late or non-payments may necessitate us to require advance payment for future services. We do not accept third-party payment.

    Cancellation Policy

    As a common courtesy we require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any scheduled service.

    Holiday Rates

    We are happy to provide service on holidays, rates are billed at time and a half. We suggest clients contact us well in advance as holiday times tend to fill up quickly.

    November 2009: Nov. 23 - 29
    December 2009: Dec. 19 - 31
    January 2010: Jan. 1
